We could probably just add more detail.
i.e. rifle types - where used and by who
gear loadouts and descriptions used by who / movies or common movie looks (BHD / AOV / Arnie in Predator, etc).

I too put the tight coils to the back, its more about consitancey than anything, if you do it the same everytime whether its right or wrong youll get consistant results. The weakest part should colapse first whether its at the back or front. which shouldnt mater if you think about it which way round, keep up the gun smithing... regards

A great article well thought out. I do have one question. With none linear springs which way round would you place them in a gear box? I put the tight coil towards the back.

I think you can you use these in a standard sopmod, no need to upgrade the gun, Karl.

Alright, it turns out the o-ring attaching the cylinder to the nozzle was broken, I fixed that up but haven't gotten the chance to fire it yet. I noticed that if i fire rapidly on semi auto for around 60 rounds or so the motor over heats and wont work until it cools down again. Any tricks to avoid this? Also, how much does the full cylinder and tb barrel boost fps? Thanks!
