a laylax wrench tool is a good buy, youll need to undo the two screws on the ris and outer barrel then slide it forward and then use the tool to tighten the delta ring agasint the upper reciver. 5 min job.  And its usually the delta ring thats loose which is why just doing the screws doesnt fix it.
