Frequently asked Questions

Do you have a walk in shop i can visit?

Yes we do our showroom is open 9 - 6 weekdays and 9 - 6 on Saturdays.  We have a number of products on display available to purchase and 15m range with G&G electronic target system which is free to use if you bring your own equipment and ammo.

Do you offer wholesale?

We do but currently only on products made by eagle6.   Please make an account with us and email us and we will switch your account to wholesale.  Minimum order amount to warrant the discounts is 200 GBP.   We used to do manual orders for this process but the website should now automatically apply discount at checkout.  Discount is applied to NON vat prices.

What is you workshop's turnaround time?

We recommend you call for the most acurate time frames but new gun builds are up to 14 days needed to turn them around, you can call us on 01205460385 to check to see how busy our workshop is, but you can pretty much assume at any moment there is at least 10 guns in at our workshop waiting to be done.  We always recommend you contact us to see if there is a slot available to work on your gun.  No gun is a simple fix, each gun requires research and parts sourced sometimes even turning into a project that even requires us to make bespoke parts.  If anyone says gun repairs are easy they are simply basising of a complete lack of experience working in the industry at a large volume.

How much is my gun repair going to cost?

We through experience have found that some guns can devolve into taking a long time, the researching and testing of different parts trying to fix the problems some guns and part combinations can cause, have decided on a flat rate fee to cover the time which is often half a day to a full day to fix along with the possibility of long term issues and any warranty cover.   Unfortunately just replacing one part that is broken is a very simple way to approach gun repair, its fine for at home users but for a shop its a difficult thing for us to do, it isnt as simple as that for us who stand by our work and have to hand back a working reliable gun.  We need to investigate why the original part broke and make sure it doesnt happen again, just putting in the cheapest parts and handing it back is dumbing down a complex subject and doing it a disservice.

Our hourly rate is 34.99 per hour

OR use our fixed-rate services. (Fixed rate doesn't include any part costs)

AEG fixed fee = £99.99 Inc VAT

Gbb Pistol Service & Repair Fixed Fee = £49.99 Inc VAT

Gbb Rifle Fixed Fee = £49.99 Inc VAT

Sniper Rifle Fixed Fee = £49.99 Inc VAT

Pistol / Rifle GBB Mag Service (Including o ring replacement) = £4.99

MK23 Pistol Mag Service = £9.99 Per Mag (these are harder and could result in mag damage that would be on us to sort thus priced accordingly)

Fixed Fee Explained

We Typically will strip and aeg to its constituent parts, rebuild the gearbox with any preparations (polishing/burr removal, radius, are corrections, teeth removal) that we see fit.  We will then test the gearbox independently of the gun.  If it passes we will rebuild the whole gun.  At this point we would like to think unless there's a part compatibility issue any problem with your aeg would have been addressed by assessment, prep/part replacement, and rebuilding.  We offer no cheaper alternatives, we need to be able to spend the time to make sure the rif is built correctly.

From our perspective and with all do respect, we are not here to offer a cheap fix or mates rates, we do have a shop and overheads attached, and a level of service which is in high demand.   We have a responsibility to offer a permanent fix and resolve your guns issues and fully test your product.  We realize for some guns this is simply not a cost effective solution, and that is, unfortunately, part of the impossible world we live in nowadays, AEGs that are sub 150 pounds are generally considered disposable by manufacturers, its not opinion, its fact from the manufacturers.  its not cost-effective for them to supply parts for that price point.  An unwillingness to spend money because of a low base cost combined with hard-to-find parts, its entirely possible your rif MAYBE beyond repair and its actually cheaper to buy a new one.  But this is a hobby and not all things can be valued soley by monetary value, your rif may hold huge sentimental value or maybe you don't see the merit in buying guns over and over to break in the same way, maybe paying for an "upgrade" can be a way of making your AEG last for 2 or 3 times longer than the factory-made version.  While we reserve the right to say yes or no to work based upon current workload levels if you are willing to engage us and pay the bill we can typically fix or upgrade anything given enough time and money.   But that's a decision only you can make.

What are your workshop's capabilities?

We specialize in Tokyo Marui guns with, a specialty for the Next Generation Range of A.E.G's. We are happy to work on any gun from the Tokyo Marui range as a Tokyo Marui Service Center. If you are a local airsofter to this store, we will work on other brands to help you out. We would recommend you come in a speak to us, this greatly depends on workshop's availability. We have spent a substantial amount of time, and money making sure we have laid the foundations for fast turnaround times, specifically for Tokyo Marui Servicing with our huge range of original parts.

We also support G&G and other brands.  Its really best to contact us to see if we have space available.

If we are busy though we will always have to prioritize NEW purchased AEGs from our webstore and tokyo marui AEGs.

To use a car analogy, a car mechanic can fix any car, fundamentally they all have engines, chassis, wheels etc etc.   But to say they are all the same and easy becuase a car mechanic works on one is really doing a diservice to car mechanics.  Especailly ones that specialise.  Working on the same rifs, really allows you to dial in and "get gud" on that particular AEG, find little techniques to improve things and make sure a large amount of parts are available.

We can work on

Electric Rifles

Gas rifles

gas pistols

magazine servicing

sniper rifles ie spring action

We will not work on NON airsoft eqipment, we often get air rifles brought in etc and we have no logistics in place for any parts for these, or knowledge taking them apart.

Can i request or Pre-Order TM parts?

Unless you have proof of purchase of a gun from us which is specifically the model your looking for parts for we can't expedite the parts sourcing other than just waiting for it to naturally restock.  Its painfully difficult sourcing tm parts unfortunately and very much an "service" we offer as opposed to ordering and selling like normal products.  We highly suggest you contact the retailer you brought your gun from and see if they can help you.  Its certainly something if you had brought from us that we would try our very best to source the parts you need.  Another great reason to buy from Eagle6

Im after an Original Toyko Marui part which you never seem to have in stock?

What is the Eagle6 Life Time Parts & Support Service And why can you source parts that others cant?

This is a Parts finding service and gun repair service we offer to all customers who buy their guns from eagle6 for Tokyo Marui, Raven Airsoft and G&G Currently. If a part breaks on your gun, and it's out of warranty, then we will help you find this part and ideally order it in for you, we can also fix any gun problem in our experienced workshop. Most OEM parts in small quantities cost us money rather than making us money to get, on many levels including labour/time, cost and shipping, we try and reserve it for an emergency which is why we usually add normal customers requests to an order list and get them in our own time, most customers want parts straight away, and we just cant offer this to anyone who hasn't brought a gun from us and that gun needs to be the one your asking for parts for to prevent abuse of our customer service. Selling guns is tough, there are some huge companies out there selling at extremely competitive prices, some even selling at a loss to drive sales, and to undercut the competition. We are a small family run business, we only have our customer service to offer customers which takes time and money but we happily offer. We have for the most part priced match our guns with the other major stores, it really "should" be a no brainier ordering a RIF through us for the extra "guaranteed" long term support and knowledgeable person at the other end of the phone for your RIF. Both from our now world famous workshop skills, or from our equally world renowned OEM parts services.  We have a passion for parts, which comes from our workshop experience, ever RIF breaks at some point, and not all shops offer the same amount of support once your RIF does break.  Make sure your ordering from a company that has your back.  Eagle6 charges nothing extra for our life time support services for as long as you own the RIF, we only ask you pay any labour from the work shop or for any parts sourced or used in a repair.

What is your returns period?

Our returns period is 14 days from when you initially received the item. If you no longer want the item, you can return it to us with the original packaging, however, we will be unable to refund your postage.  All fault product enquires must be done within the 14 days period, or 28 days for RIF Purchases.

How long is your product warranty period ?

The warranty period for all items we sell is 28 days from the receipt of your product. We can replace your product if it was received damaged or broken through normal use, but not if it was through user error or installation. If the item is found not to be damaged through user error, we can refund your postage. Please contact us to discuss a replacement, or the fixing of your item. Please note this warranty does not cover items which require some kind of installation in, or on a gun. If these break during, or after installation, this is deemed as user error as we have no way of knowing how it was installed, that may have caused it to fail, thus we can only warranty internal AEG parts if installed by our workshop and even then its only for 28 days.

How long is your R.I.F warranty period ?

Our no "bullshit" warranty period for all R.I.Fs we sell is 6 months from the receipt of your product, please not this only covers manufacturing defects which 99% will present on first use if EVER, we woud fix any issue with your gun at our cost.  Manufacturing faults are to be determined by our professsional gun techs, not the customer.

This covers both upgraded rifs by us and parts installed and non upgraded.   The only acception being parts that are customer provided, these are the customers responsibility when providing your own parts.

This should be plenty of time to test and use your product to make sure it's not faulty.  If you don't test in this period it's not our fault, you have a responsibility to make sure you purchase is correct and working.  We offer, on top of this, a separate Eagle6 Support Promise. If you purchase a R.I.F from Eagle6, we promise to ALWAYS help you find the part you need in the quickest amount of time possible, even if we need to remove a part from a brand new gun in stock to make this happen.  In our experience, most customers don't want something for nothing, their biggest issue if a gun breaks are that it's fixed in a FAST amount of time and that it doesn't happen again to affect your gaming time.  You should always consider when buying a RIF from a retailer, whether, or not they will be able to help you service that rif long term or if there warranty actually covers your gun, because most do not if there is ANY modifications.  If you wouldn't use their workshop services to service the gun or they offer no workshop or knowledge to go with the guns they are selling then why are you buying from them when you obviously dont trust them to carry out any warranty work.   We will have your back for as long as you own the RIF, making sure it never becomes something you can't repair, this may cost money after 28 days but money isn't everything.  The quality of work done and getting back into the game fast is in our opinion much more important to airsofters.  You can phone us any time for information on your gun and you know you will get through to someone with years of knowledge on TM guns and we can work out a way to get you back into action.  We are a little more expensive as a small store but we make up for that with great support long term and excellent customer care, which some would argue is more important than a £10 or £20 saving on a RIF.

How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return please contact us via Telephone, and we will talk you through the steps required to return your items. This typically means explaining your reason over phone or email, and returning it to us. If the product is faulty, you will receive a refund for the cost of your post. If the item is decided as something not covered by warranty, you will be asked to pay return postage to return the item back to you, and we won't be able to do the refund.
