What is you workshop's turnaround time?

Typically its 3 - 5 days, you can call us on 01205460385 to check to see how busy our workshop is, but you can pretty much assume at any moment there is at least 1 - 5 guns in at our workshop waiting to be done.

What are your workshop's capabilities?

We specialise in Tokyo Marui guns with, a speciality for the Next Generation Range of A.E.G's. We are happy to work on any gun from the Tokyo Marui range as a Tokyo Marui Service Center. If you are a local airsoft to this store, we might consider working on other brands. We would recommend you come in a speak to us, this greatly depends on workshop's availability. We have spent a substantially amount of time, and money making sure we have laid the foundations for fast turnaround times, specifically for Tokyo Marui Servicing. 

Im after an Original Toyko Marui part which you never seem to have in stock?

This is a complicated question to answer, but the shortest answer basically comes down to two things. 1. Money 2. Limited QTYs available from Tokyo Marui. The original parts service is a service designed primarily to support our workshop, and the Tokyo Marui guns we sell to customers, but we also want to, as best we can, help all Tokyo Marui owners keep their guns working. We often see complaints online from customers saying we are always out of stock, yet when we search for that customers name we either get no results, or just the odd original TM part bought from us by them. Our TM parts service is almost entirely subsidized by other brands we sell on our website, like Laylax, Nuprol and Prometheus. Without other sales / support from customers, we will have less and less money to invest in holding large quantities of what is often considered low appeal / dead stock items i.e. original TM parts. Most stores won't carry them because they are low margins, hard to source and slow selling, which all three combined are a shop's worst enemy. Before you complain about our low TM stocks, and that you can't get your gun fixed, ask yourself first:

Did you buy the gun from us?

Did you buy all your accessories and upgrade parts for that gun from us?

Did you get your side arm from us?

Do you buy your bbs and gas from us?

If your answer to some or all of the above is "no" (another store), then please in the first instance take your complaint about your broken gun to them. After all, they have taken your money for the gun they sold you.

The more support and sales we get, the bigger our stock pile of TM parts will get. It's as simple as that. To those customers that use us weekly, from a small family owned business that works mostly 10 - 12 hr days to keep this going, I truely thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Can i request or Pre-Order TM parts?

We currently don't have an official pre order system, but assuming you have read the above, you can call us directly and I will take your request, and make a note of it in our TM order book.

What is the Eagle6 Parts Promise?

This is a Parts finding service we offer to all customers who buy their guns from eagle6. If a part breaks on your gun, and it's out of warranty, then we will help you find this part faster than normal. We can express order parts if we have to, but because it is asking our suppliers to go above and beyond, we try and reserve it for emergency. Selling guns is tough, there are some huge companies out there selling at extremely competitive prices, some even selling at a loss to drive sales, and undercut competition. We are a small family run business, we only have our customer service to offer customers. We personally think we are worth the extra premium on a gun sale for the extra "guarantee" long term support. Both from our now world famous workshop skills, or from our equally world renowned TM parts service.

What is your returns period?

Our returns period is 14 days from when you initially received the item. If you no longer want the item, you can return it to us with the original packaging, however, we will be unable to refund your postage.

How long is your product warranty period ?

The warranty period for all items we sell is one month from the receipt of your product. We can replace your product if it was received damaged or broken through normal use, but not if it was through user error or installation. If the item is found not to be damaged through user error, we can refund your postage. Please contact us to discuss replacement, or the fixing of your item. Please note this warranty does not cover items which require some kind of installation in, or on a gun. If these break during, or after installation, this is deemed as user error as we have no way of knowing how it was installed, that may have caused it to fail, thus we can only warranty internal AEG parts if installed by our workshop. 

How long is your R.I.F warranty period ?

The warranty period for all R.I.Fs we sell is one month from the receipt of your product.  We offer, on top of this, a separate Eagle6 Gold Parts Service / Parts promise. If you purchase a R.I.F from eagle6, even if your gun is out of warranty, we promise to ALLWAYS help you find the part you need in the quickest amount of time possible, even if we need to remove a part from a brand new gun in stock to make this happen. You should always consider when buying a RIF from a retailer, whether, or not they will be able to help you service that rif long term. We will have your back for as long as you own the RIF, making sure it never becomes something you can't repair.

How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return please contact us via Telephone, and we will talk you through the steps required to return your items. This typically means explaining your reason over phone or email, and returning it to us. If the product is faulty, you will receive a refund for the cost of your post. If the item is decided as something not covered by warranty, you will be asked to pay return postage to return the item back to you, and we won't be able to do the refund.

All returns need to be in the original packaging and returned in the condition they were sent out, unless confirmed with us otherwise before the return.

Can I cancel orders which have not been dispatched?
