What is you workshop's turnaround time?
Typically its 1 week, you can call us on 01205460385 to check to see how busy our workshop is, but you can pretty much assume at any moment there is at least 1 - 5 guns in at our workshop waiting to be done.
What are your workshop's capabilities?
We specialise in Tokyo Marui guns with, a specialty for the Next Generation Range of A.E.G's. We are happy to work on any gun from the Tokyo Marui range as a Tokyo Marui Service Center. If you are a local airsofter to this store, we will work on other brands to help you out. We would recommend you come in a speak to us, this greatly depends on workshop's availability. We have spent a substantial amount of time, and money making sure we have laid the foundations for fast turnaround times, specifically for Tokyo Marui Servicing with our huge range of original parts.
Can i request or Pre-Order TM parts?
Due to high demand and extreme difficulty for us to source these parts we now are offering this request ability only to customers who have brought a gun off us and only for that gun. When making a request please make sure you have your order number to hand. We suggest if you have a broken original part on your tokyo marui gun you try the company you brought the gun from.
Im after an Original Toyko Marui part which you never seem to have in stock?
As above we have to prioritise guns in the workshop and customers who have brought guns from us, some items will go to those customers first as a thank you for supporting us. Tokyo marui parts can sometimes only arrive once every 6 months and only in QTY 5. As above please do not get angry with us, especially if you didn't support us with a gun purchase in the first place. Your welcome to call but all parts that we have available have been listed and unless you have brought a gun from us we can't put this on order for you. It's an amazing service we offer but it doesn't pay the bills, unfortunately, we need to start driving sales in other areas to support this service and allow it to continue we hope you understand.
Can you get other brands than Tokyo marui parts?
Our passion is parts, we are parts specialists, we can order in any brands OEM original parts, it simply comes down to time, availability of staff and whether its worth it money wise to do it. Logistics is time-consuming and takes man hours and more money than parts are generally worth, it's much easier for us to prioritize this if you have brought a gun from us as we will source it under our parts promise, We can source any brand of gun and part. Please email your interest to us so we can register demand, but we only order OEM parts in for customers of eagle6 who have brought guns from us. This may sound harsh but the truth is we wouldn't be able to keep up or afford the requests of so many customers when sourcing most parts is at a loss for us.
What is the Eagle6 Promise?
This is a Parts finding service and gun repair service we offer to all customers who buy their guns from eagle6 whatever the brand. If a part breaks on your gun, and it's out of warranty, then we will help you find this part and ideally order it in for you, we can also fix any gun problem in our experienced workshop. Most OEM parts in small quantities cost us money rather than making us money to get, on many levels including labour/time, cost and shipping, we try and reserve it for an emergency which is why we usually add requests to an order list and get them in our own time, most customers want parts straight away, and we just cant offer this to anyone who hasn't brought a gun from us. Selling guns is tough, there are some huge companies out there selling at extremely competitive prices, some even selling at a loss to drive sales, and undercut the competition. We are a small family run business, we only have our customer service to offer customers which takes time and money. We personally think we are worth the extra premium on a gun sale for the extra "guaranteed" long term support for your gun. Both from our now world famous workshop skills, or from our equally world renowned TM parts service.
What is your returns period?
Our returns period is 14 days from when you initially received the item. If you no longer want the item, you can return it to us with the original packaging, however, we will be unable to refund your postage. All fault product enquires must be done within the 14 days period, or 28 days for RIF Purchases.
How long is your product warranty period ?
The warranty period for all items we sell is 28 days from the receipt of your product. We can replace your product if it was received damaged or broken through normal use, but not if it was through user error or installation. If the item is found not to be damaged through user error, we can refund your postage. Please contact us to discuss a replacement, or the fixing of your item. Please note this warranty does not cover items which require some kind of installation in, or on a gun. If these break during, or after installation, this is deemed as user error as we have no way of knowing how it was installed, that may have caused it to fail, thus we can only warranty internal AEG parts if installed by our workshop and even then its only for 28 days.
How long is your R.I.F warranty period ?
Ours no "bullshit" warranty period for all R.I.Fs we sell is 28 days from the receipt of your product, this will fix any issue with your gun at our cost. This should be plenty of time to test and use your product to make sure it's not faulty. If you don't test in this period it's not our fault, you have a responsibility to make sure you purchase is correct and working. We offer, on top of this, a separate Eagle6 Promise. If you purchase a R.I.F from Eagle6, we promise to ALLWAYS help you find the part you need in the quickest amount of time possible, even if we need to remove a part from a brand new gun in stock to make this happen. In our experience, most customers don't want something for nothing, their biggest issue if a gun breaks are that it's fixed in a FAST amount of time and that it doesn't happen again to affect your gaming time. You should always consider when buying a RIF from a retailer, whether, or not they will be able to help you service that rif long term or if there warranty actually covers your gun, becuase most do not if there is ANY modifications. If you wouldn't use their workshop services to service the gun why are you buying from them when you obviously dont trust them to carry out any warranty work. We will have your back for as long as you own the RIF, making sure it never becomes something you can't repair, this may cost money after 28 days but money isn't everything. The quality of work done and getting back into the game fast is in our opinion much more important to airsofters.
How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return please contact us via Telephone, and we will talk you through the steps required to return your items. This typically means explaining your reason over phone or email, and returning it to us. If the product is faulty, you will receive a refund for the cost of your post. If the item is decided as something not covered by warranty, you will be asked to pay return postage to return the item back to you, and we won't be able to do the refund.
