Eagle6 Airsoft will dispatch your order according to the delivery method you have chosen during the purchasing of products from this website. All items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of an order being placed with us.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, and Royal Mail and UPS current pricing.
We now only provide Tracked or Signed Options. Unfortunately, this raises the price, but also prevents issues, and claims of non receipt. During busy times, the tracking number will often get uploaded to the account, and an auto email sent up to 5 days after your order has been dispatched. This may mean a period of you not knowing if your parcel is dispatched. Rest assured all orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 days.
Our order system uses checkout method via an account, or paypal quick cart, if you use the paypal quick cart, it will record on our system as normal, BUT you will not get an automated email with order reference number, for some reason this only happens if you log into your actual account. Also using the quick cart method will not store your order on your account. If you want to build up an account history, then please make an account, and be sure to log into it before every order.

Once a product is shipped, you will receive an email and your order status will move to completed from processing.
Eagle6 Airsoft ships worldwide, excluding these country's which we have had issues shipping to. Australia, Turkey, Brazil And Mexico. We apologies if you live in those countries but either because of excessive fraud or customs issues preventing delivery and items getting destroyed we have had to remove those countries from our shipping lists.
International shipping is automatically calculated based on The Royal Mail Airmail prices to each specific country. If you have any questions about international postage to your country, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If orders are over 2KG we will send your order via UPS. Some times if the system can not work out a price you will be prevented with a zero qoute option, we will find out a price and invoice you separately.
How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return please contact us via Telephone, and we will talk you through the steps required to return your items. This typically means explaining your reason over phone or email, and returning it to us. If the product is faulty, you will receive a refund for the cost of your post. If the item is decided as something not covered by warranty, you will be asked to pay return postage to return the item back to you, and we won't be able to do the refund.

Can I cancel orders which have not been dispatched?
